What's your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on complexity — a single CNC-machined prototype is typically 2–4 weeks; a serial production run with tooling is 8–16 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before discussing technical details. Most of our active projects are NDA-protected — that's standard practice in marine and aviation.
What file formats do you accept for CAD/CAM?
STEP, IGES, Parasolid for CAD. For CAM we accept Mastercam, Fusion 360, and Rhinoceros native files. 2D drawings accepted as PDF or DXF.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We've shipped finished parts to clients across the EU, North America, and Asia. We can arrange courier or freight forwarding as needed.
What's the minimum order quantity?
For prototypes we accept single-piece orders. For serial production runs, we typically engage on batches of 5+ units, with tooling amortization factored into the quote.
How do you handle design changes mid-project?
Design changes are scoped, costed, and signed off before implementation. We keep a written change log attached to every active project — useful for downstream documentation and lessons-learned reviews.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30 % on order, 40 % on mid-project milestone, 30 % on delivery. For established clients we offer 30-day net terms on repeat business. Croatian VAT (25 %) applies for EU B2B clients with valid VAT IDs.
Can you work from a 3D scan or point cloud?
Yes — we partner with scanning services for large parts and reverse-engineer the resulting mesh into native CAD. Common for legacy parts where original drawings are lost.
